Our New Doggie!

This is Playa (pronounced plaheeyah; means "beach" in spanish). Dew drove 4 hours with a friend to pick her up from a collie rescue place. She's a real sweetheart and the kids absolutely love her. We've only had her for a few days and she's already making great strides towards becoming part of the family.

When we first got her she was extremely shy and afraid of men (apparently there has been some abuse in her past). She's doing much better now and is continuing to improve. I'm sure you'll see many more photos of her in the future as we get time to play together and have fun.

The Day Job

Check out this silly image I did for work (yes, that's me). I currently work at a medical supply company as their diabetes coordinator. Trying my hardest to hang on while I make the transition to photography full time! Anyway, while I'm stuck here I figured I might as well see as many ways as possible that I can incorporate photography into my job...
